South Korea (update 5, sunken ferry) - prime minister resigns #PrayForSouthKorea

I'm sorry for nothing having updated my blog these past days, but I just haven't been able to make myself write anything. This terrible accident and the rising death toll is just to terrible. I simply haven't had anything to write about. I really don't feel like finish watching "That Winter, The Wind Blows", I'm still on episode 14. Even thought it's not a comedy drama I just don't feel like watching dramas or things like that now.

So, the prime minister Chung Hong-won announced this morning that he would resign as his it would be too great of a burden on the administration if he kept his post. He have faced really much critic in his handling of the accident and I can understand why.

Also all 15 members of the crew, including the captain, have been taken into custody by the police and are being investigated.

I won't be writing more about this, with exception if a miracle or something really big happens. Updating everyday about this and seeing the death toll rising just makes me so sad and I just ... every time I update the death toll has risen and my hope just ... It's just to sad.

I have lost my oldest brother, he died of cancer,he was only 20 years old. I can understand how it feels to lose someone, I now how these families are feeling. Losing a family member is something that brings sorrow that will never go away, those who haven't lost someone, no matter how hard they try to understand they just can't, it's impossible to understand these types of feelings if you haven't felt them before. I lost my brother 3 years ago and I still haven't gotten over it, I won't ever get over it. I still cry some nights. I understand these families and the thing is that it's more terrible to lose a daughter or sibling in a accident then the way I lost, that's what I think, to lose someone that sudden and in a so terrible way gives a sorrow that is even harder to understand then the sorrow I feel.
I pray, I pray and I pray. I will never stop praying for a miracle and I will never stop praying for those who have survived.

Go to this link and this, there they daily update about this and you can read all the old news if you haven't done it yet.

After reading this article I broke out in tears and I just couldn't stop, it's to heartbreaking.

South Korea (update 4, sunken ferry) - angry, disappointed and sad tweets by celebrities #PrayForSouthKorea

Celebrities from groups as 2PM and 2AM have tweeted tweets about their disappointment in the government and their anger at how they're handling this tragic situation. I got especially touched by the tweet from 2PM's Changsung;

“Incidents can occur. However, the handling of these incidents shows us our society. Through one incident, we can see what kind of environment we’re in, and that [incident] is something that isn’t just somebody else’s but something that could easily happen to us. I think society is ill right now. It’s sad and unfortunate…. After the accident, I’ve been in low spirits. It’s not just because of the accident, but because of all the wicked acts and unconfirmed truths that have been circulating after the accident that have stabbed the hearts of those in pain, making my heart hurt even more. Those kinds of people… I hope they hurt as much as the pain they caused.”

Also Lee Jung's tweet touched me and I think that it's the same here in Sweden, and in many other countries all over the world. It feels like almost every human here on the planet only think about money and do things for their own good only. To see this greed that have been growing stronger and stronger, it seems, with the years really makes my heart hurt.
We are destroying our planet and ourselves just so that we can have a moment of this empty happiness that money and all those other material and shallow things gives, leaving all the things that really matters.  This illusionary happiness it poisons us like a drug, making us addicted and our mind weak. But what hurts most is that we do all these things while saying that it's the best for us all, not even admitting that we only do it for ourselves, not even admitting that it was our own greed that controlled the decision that was made.

It really hurts me.

South Korea (Update 3, Sunken Ferry) - Captain and 2 more crew members arrested #PrayForSouthKorea

The captain of the ferry and two more crew members has now been arrested and are facing charges for negligence of duty and violation of maritime law. It has been said that they delayed the evacuation   'cause he feared that they would "drift away" if they left the ferry "without proper judgment" (WTF?!!?). I'm just at a total lost of words. The crew members and especially the captain are supposed to leave the ship first after everybody else has evacuated!!
Passengers that where on board the ship also said that they were first told to stay in their rooms, I'm mean how stupid can you get??!! How can you tell them something like that??! If he had just made a proper judgment himself then many people may have been saved, and so many families and relatives spared from all the sorrow that they feel now. I... I just can't understand what he was thinking.

I really recommend you guys to read more about this incident, it's something very terrible and you should know about it.
This is the link to the most resent article.

These are persons that have shown the rightful way to handle and act in that situation and a heroic actions that have saved many of the passengers on the ship.

Park Ji Young, a women who handed Life Jackets to the students on the third and fourth floor, she didn't wear one herself.

Jung Cha Woong, a student who gave his Life Vest to another student, sacrificing himself to save another person.

I also really wanted to share this youtube video about the terrible inhuman comment that I talked about before (link), he really says everything that I feel and think about this.

South Korea (Update 2, Sunken Ferry) - Fandoms Sending Supplies #PrayForSouthKorea

Many fanclubs like EXO, Shinhwa, B.A.P, VIXX, Infinite, GOT7, SUJU, BTS, SHINee, 100% and more are sending needed supplies to the victims, of the sunken ferry accident, families in the names of either their fanclub or the band members.

When I read about this news I got so happy that I cried of happiness and relief. It's just so beautiful and warming to see all the fanclubs do something as wonderful as this.

And after reading those terribly inhuman comments on EXOs' teaser video I felt this happiness, that I can't fully explain, filling my body as these exotics showed all those people bashing EXO and their fans that not all fans are like that and bringing honor to EXOs' name.
It just made me really happy to be able to feel this after all these sad EXO things.

I really just want to thank all those people from all diferent fandoms for being such beautiful human beings and for both helping those families and bringing honor to their bands.
You are wonderful, thank you~!!!

I will continue praying for all the missing people and beg for them to be found
I will also pray for the dead ones, may you rest in peace, and the found ones, I hope that you can continue living happily, you truly deserve that.

Numbers of dead, found and still missing - update
179 people have been rescued

South Korea - Sunken Ferry #PrayForSouthKorea

A brief summery - I advise you to read more about this on the internet and in newspapers

A ship in South Korea called Sewol sunk when it was on it's way to the holiday island, Jeju.
The reason is still unknown, it's been told by people that was onboard the ship that a powerful impact followed by loud noises took place before the ship started to sunk.

Many of the ships passengers where students on their way to the island for a school trip.
300 persons are still missing, 2 people are dead and 180 have been rescued.
(The numbers differs very much depending on which newspaper you read and at which time, so the numbers aren't completely trustworthy)

really hope that they will find the rest of the passengers, even though the chances are very low and many say that the possibility that they're still alive are small, I will pray for it with all my heart and keep my fingers crossed.

I will send them all my love
